Painting and Decorating works within Basement 2, Basement 1, Basement Mezzanine and Lower Ground Floors in Westminster. The works included applying sealer coats to concrete ceiling soffits, walls and floors using Betonol concrete sealer. The ceiling, soffits and walls were sprayed by using an airless spray machine, allowing our team to be more efficient.
Further works included parking bay locations that were painted by hand and numbers and signs that were applied by spray application.

The biggest challenge was to closely organise the working areas with other trades daily, as basement areas were used as a storage for the whole site, also access to the site to bring machinery, plant, and materials in was challenging due to the car lifts not properly operating at the time, so permits were required to be applied for well in advance.
