A commercial development encompassing part of the 85-acre Wembley Park estate.
The scheme represents part of a wider redevelopment of Waterloo Station, where Network Rail is increasing capacity by bringing five former Eurostar platforms back into use for suburban trains in the hope of enabling more services to run from the station.
As part of the work, 40 new glass-fronted units will be created across three floors below the existing platforms.
Cousins were appointed to carry out decorations to the back of house staircases and painting newly built block work in Dulux Weathershield Masonry Smooth and all office spaces were painted in Dulux Diamond Matt, and woodwork in Dulux Diamond Eggshell.
The majority of the works undertaken were floor decs, some of these were powder floated, some textured concrete and each type of floor consisted of a different process, that being whether or not a primer was involved, dependant on the surface of the floor. The floors where grinded to take off any residues and surface laitance, large holes and imperfections were filled and wiped prior to applying a primer and top coats of Watco Fast coat.
Other works involved, were decorations to existing columns colour match using Zinsser and high level works internally and externally required the usage of MEWPS especially the external works in-order to apply an Anti Graffiti coating.
