The scope of work included all decoration works associated with one of the blocks in Phase 2 of Woodberry Down, including 275 apartments, communal areas, back of house and concierge.
Dulux paint was used throughout for the walls, ceilings and woodwork, along with non-slip floor finishes to select rooms and masonry paint to block work and concrete elements to provide protection and give a durable long-lasting finish.
Cousins worked closely with Berkeley Group throughout the project to overcome any obstacles that may have risen and despite the challenges presented by Covid-19, progress remained consistent.
Cousins have built a strong relationship with Berkeley Group since 2018 and have subsequently had the pleasure of working on a number of exciting projects. The decoration works at Woodberry Down are consistent with the high standards of design and quality that Berkeley are renowned for.
