This week, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Finn, the son of one of our Contracts Managers, who joined Cousins as part of his Careers Work Experience Week.
Throughout the week, Finn has spent time with our Estimating and Surveying teams, gaining a valuable insight into the commercial side of the Painting and Decorating industry and experiencing first hand how our projects are planned and delivered.
It’s been great to see his enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and the interest he’s shown across the business. We hope he’s enjoyed his time with us as much as we’ve enjoyed having him on the team.
Wishing Finn all the very best for the future, we hope this experience has given him a great introduction to the exciting opportunities available within construction.
